North Wind 4kW passive control system designAn overview of a mechanical rotor control design is presented. Operation at constant RPM and rapid response are obtained by using blade pitch moments for both sensing control need and blade pitch actuation. The basic concept, static or equilibrium design, and dynamic analysis are briefly presented.
