Annular Momentum Control Device (AMCD)The Annular Momentum Control Device (AMCD) concept, applications, and advantages as a momentum storage device are discussed. A laboratory test model AMCD was designed and built. The laboratory model AMCD is described and the results of the laboratory model test phase are presented.
