Superconducting magnets and devices for space vehicles and experimentsSuperconductivity research has been oriented toward those problems that tend to restrict the greater application of superconducting devices in space research and technology. These include magnetic problems of high field magnets, increasing operating temperatures, and development of useful competitive superconducting instruments.
