Analysis of twelve amino acids in biological fluids by mass fragmentographyDescription of a computerized method for the simultaneous quantitation of 12 amino acids in biological fluids using the technique of quadrupole mass in fragmentography. The time taken for one complete analysis, exclusive of derivatization, is 40 minutes for data collection with an additional 10 minutes before the computer presents the final analytical result.
