The time dependent growth of H2O-H2SO4 aerosols by heteromolecular condensationA theory for the time-dependent growth of solution droplets by heteromolecular condensation is presented. The theory is applied to the growth of H2O-H2SO4 aerosols for relative humidities less than 100 per cent. Growth curves (droplet radius as a function of time) for different values of relative humidity are evaluated.
