Null-balancing microwave radiometerDevice performs absolute temperature measurements over range of 0 to 300 degrees Kelvin. Stability of device approaches 0.1 degrees Kelvin. Potential uses include detecting oil slicks on water and determining cloud water content and water vapor content of atmosphere.
