A real-time adaptive Hadamard transform video compressorAn adaptive video compressor was designed as part of the CTS Digital Video Curriculum Sharing Experiment. The compressor was constructed using field-to-field differencing on fields processed using a Hadamard transform method. The spatial resolution was improved using a fixed-rate, three-mode adaptive system to compress each field.
