Some experiments on explicit boundary algorithmsExperiments done with the aim of improving the accuracy and efficiency of explicit boundary algorithms for quasilinear hyperbolic systems of partial differential equations in matrix form are described. Existing methods are criticized and a new approach to the problem is presented.
