Performance of a communication satellite system in simulated RFIVulnerability of an advanced communication satellite system to pulsed RFI is examined. Results of an experimental simulation are compared with calculated system degradation. System performance in pulsed RFI is found to be quite good with well-designed ground receiving equipment.
