Controlling Transistor Temperature During Burn-InBoiling refrigerant provides simple temperature control for newly manufactured power transistors. Heat-transfer liquid is Fluorinert FC-77 (or equivalent). Liquid boils at 100 degrees C, which is specified temperature at which transistor cases should be maintained during burn-in with this technique.
