A High-resolution Study of Local Interstellar SodiumA high-resolution spectroscopic investigation was made of interstellar lines of sodium. From identifications of D1 and D2 line components concentrations of interstellar sodium gas were studied. Some preliminary data are provided on the spatial distribution of stronger sodium concentrations.
