YAV-8B HarrierThe objective of the YAV-8B flight research program is to develop and validate the technologies required for V/STOL aircraft to effectively operate in all mission phases. Specifically, inflight dynamics, controls and guidance, and propulsive lift technologies that will contribute to an improved adverse weather launch and recovery operation capability will be developed and evaluated. The cockpit panel is measured and reproduced for integration into a flight simulator.
