On the feasibility of constructing an imaging array of slot-antennas integrated with SIS mixersA prototype 700 GHz subharmonically pumped superconductor-insulator-superconductor (SIS) mixer integrated with a tapered slot antenna on a silicon substrate is described. Imaging using integrated SIS-mixer-antenna chips is discussed.
