A 2385 MHz, 2-stage low noise amplifier designThis article shows the design aspects of a 2.385 GHz low noise preamplifier with a .7 dB noise figure and 16.5 dB gain using the NE 67383 FET. The design uses a unique method in matching the input which achieves optimum noise figure and unconditional stability.
