Heat-Shrinkable, Seamless Fabric TubeWeaving produces generally tapered shape; heat-shrinking gives final shape. Tube woven in tapered shape from polyester yarn. Placed on heated mandrel. Heat shrinks fibers so sheath assumes shape of mandrel. Sheath coated with impermeable material. Useful on Earth for protective garments.
