Nucleation in super-saturated productsThe procedure used is based on theories of W. Gibbs. The formation of the liquid phase from a supersaturated vapor of a pure substance is first considered. A comparison is made with experience in the area of nucleation. Generally known facts and experiments are mentioned. Liquid nuclei and crystal nuclei are examined.
