Heavy-Workpiece Handler For Vacuum Plasma SprayingHandling device manipulates heavy, hollow workpiece for plasma spraying in vacuum chamber. Rotates and tilts workpiece, keeping it approximately perpendicular to plasma-spray nozzle, so nozzle deposits uniform layer on interior surface of workpiece. Accommodates workpieces as heavy as 1,000 pounds and compatible with heat and vacuum of spraying process.
