Processing Particle-Streak Imagery On A Personal ComputerReport describes simple flow experiment in which streak images of particles suspended in fluid and illuminated for short times processed into maps of velocity vectors. In experiment, semiautomatic data-reduction scheme used which recovers significant image data more efficiently than currently available automatic scheme.
