Space astrophysics - Science operationsScience Operations in the Astrophysics Division of NASA Headquarters are the responsibility of the Science Operations Branch. The goals of Science Operations are to encourage multimission, panchromatic research in astrophysics and to foster coordination and cooperation among all mission operations and data analysis efforts. To meet these goals, the Branch is structured into four areas of responsibility. The paper describes these responsibilities.
