Infrared spectroscopic parameters of COF2, SF6, ClO, N2, and O2The status of the middle infrared spectroscopy of selected atmospheric trace gases, COF2, SF6, ClO, N2, and O2 is reviewed. Emphasis is placed on improved sets of spectroscopic parameters that have been included in the 1991 and 1992 versions of the HITRAN database.
