The Grid Analysis and Display System (GRADS): A practical tool for Earth science visualizationWe propose to develop and enhance a workstation based grid analysis and display software system for Earth science dataset browsing, sampling and manipulation. The system will be coupled to a supercomputer in a distributed computing environment for near real-time interaction between scientists and computational results.
