Electrolyte Loss Tendencies of Primary Silver-Zinc CellsSince silver zinc cells are not hermetically sealed, care must be taken to prevent the loss of electrolyte which can result in shorting paths within the battery box. Prelaunch battery processing is important in being able to minimize any problems with expelled electrolyte.
