PC-5 Waves and Low Energy Plasma in the Outer MagnetosphereThe Interball Tail Probe crosses the dayside magnetopause at low latitudes where it frequently measures low energy ion plasma (<100 eV) in the outer magnetosphere. We present the wave characteristics associated with this cold component.
