MEEC, a MSP 2001 Rover Experiment to Measure Electrostatic Charging in the Martian AtmosphereThe Mars Experiment on Electrostatic Charging (MEEC), to be flown on the MSP 2001 Marie Curie Rover, is described. It will measure absolute and relative levels of charging in the Martian atmosphere due to traverses and dust-laden winds.
