Strong Magnetic Anomalies on the Lunar Near SideThe near side magnetic field is dominated by the demagnetized Imbrium basin and Oceanus Procellarum regions. However, surrounding this area are a number of strong magnetic anomalies, including Rima Sirsalis and Reiner Gamma.
