Nonlinear Drift-Kinetic Equation in the Presence of a Circularly Polarized WaveEquations of the single particle motion and nonlinear kinetic equation for plasma in the presence of a circularly polarized wave of arbitrary frequency in the drift approximation are presented. The nonstationarity and inhomogeneity of the plasma-wave system are taken into account.
