The Compton-Belkovich Region of the Moon: Remotely Sensed Observations and Lunar Sample AssociationClementine (UVVIS, FeO, and LWIR) data, and Lunar Prospector gamma-ray data for Th are compared with compositional data from lunar samples to show evidence of an association between the Compton-Belkovich high-Th anomaly and alkali anorthosites.
