Limiting Step Bunch Height During Crystal Growth from Flowing SolutionsHigh precision interferometric studies of step bunching on KDP crystal surface growing from solution moving at rates up to 1 d s . It is shown that the bunch height is limited as the bunch propagates over the surface. An hypothesis is put forward describing why the bunch height decreases as the solution flow rate increases.
