James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) Primary Mirror Material SelectionThe James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) conducted a phase down select process via the Advanced Mirror System Demonstrator (AMSD) project to assess the Technology Readiness Level of various candidate mirror materials.
