Charged-particle transport in one dimensionA numerical solution to high-energy charged-particle transport is found by evaluation of the integral equations obtained by inverting the Boltzmann differential operator. An algorithm has been written for either continuous or discrete spectra at the boundary, which allows efficient and accurate evaluation of this rather complicated problem. Present results are compared with analytic solutions based on the perturbation theory.
