Microscale Concentration Measurements Using Laser Light Scattering MethodsThe development of lab-on-a-chip devices for microscale biochemical assays has led to the need for microscale concentration measurements of specific analyses. While fluorescence methods are the current choice, this method requires developing fluorophore-tagged conjugates for each analyte of interest. In addition, fluorescent imaging is also a volume-based method, and can be limiting as smaller detection regions are required.
