Evaluation of Assembly Simulators Used in Closed Loop Attitude Control System TestingThe Cassini Spacecraft's Attitude and Articulation Control Subsystem has been tested extensively at the Jet Propulsion Laboraroty in Pasadena, California. Three of the subsystem's assemblies have been tested using assembly simulators in place of actural hardware.
