Atmospheric Effect on Microwave Polarimetric Passive Remote Sensing of Ocean SurfacesA theoretical emission model of combined ocean surface and atmosphere is presented to predict the microwave emissivity of ocean. The modeled ocean surface is one-dimensional with a random rough profile.
