Temperature-Adaptive Circuits on Reconfigurable Analog ArraysDemonstration of a self-reconfigurable Integrated Circuit (IC) that would operate under extreme temperature (-180 C and 120 C) and radiation (300krad), without the protection of thermal controls and radiation shields.
