Fast X-Ray Oscillations During Magnetar FlaresI will review recent studies of high frequency variability during magnetar giant flares. These oscillations may represent the first observations of global shear oscillations in neutron star crusts. I will also discuss how the observation of crust vibrations can provide a new tool to study neutron star structure.
