Filter for high-pressure gases has easy take- down, assemblyA small metal filter body, for use in tubing supplying sterilization gases, has an inlet end that can be unscrewed. Inside, the high pressure filter is supported on both sides and sealed by an O ring. Design facilitates assembly and disassembly of parts.
