SIMULATION AND TRAINING FACILITIES

As we move toward future manned spaceflight programs, there will be brought into playa broad range of training and simulation facilities in NASA, other government agencies, and private industry. We use the term "facility" in the broadest sense-from an airplane pressed into use for zero-gravity familiarization to a large moving-base simulator housed in its own permanent building.
