Miniature bearings lubricated by sonic dispersion methodEvenly distributing a monomolecular film over the balls and tracks of miniature precision ball bearings by sonic dispersion results in precise lubrication which prevents lubricant bleed out to adjacent components. Varying the lubricant to solvent ratio of the mixture causes varying lubricant coating thicknesses.
