Double emitter suppressed carrier modulator uses commercially available componentsDouble emitter suppressed carrier modulator develops a signal-to-carrier minimum output ratio of 40 db and signal input of 2.5 volts. The circuit uses a commercially available double emitter chopper transistor. It eliminates tuning potentiometers and reduces sideband harmonics.
