Piezoelectric linear actuatorActuator exerts linear force that is controllable and reproducible to microinch tolerance. It is constructed for extremely accurate control of a valve but can also be used as a variable venturi meter, micropositioner, microthruster, and in fluidics and reaction-control systems.
