Pneumatic mirror support systemThe invention is directed to a support system for the primary mirror of a telescope or telespectrograph. The pneumatic support system is primarily adapted to support of the primary mirror which is generally of a large dimension and of a frangible material which requires that the mirror not be scratched or unduly restricted from movement.
