An explosion-proof battery caseBattery case, equipped with relief valve, connector, and two covers, separates the explosive mixture from all potential spark sources. Bottom ends of vent tubes are cemented into cell vents and upper ends fit through the gas barrier cover. This arrangement isolates generated gases from the electric power.
