Efficient baffle prevents oil backstreaming in diffusion pumpsHigh vacuum diffusion pump baffle, positioned immediately above pump stack, prevents vaporized pumping oil from entering and contaminating test chamber. Pumping vapors are collected and condensed on the baffle and flow back to pump base reservoir.
