Graphite minority carriers.

It is demonstrated that there are (at least) two sets of minority carriers in graphite, which are essentially the same for both natural single crystals and for pyrolytic samples. Both materials have similar minority carrier de Haas-van Alphen periods as a function of the angle between the C axis and the magnetic field.
