Injection locking in IMPATT diode oscillators.A model for an injection-locked IMPATT diode oscillator is presented and used to calculate the locking behavior of the oscillator at different operating points. The model is compared with earlier theories of injection locking in IMPATT diode oscillators and the calculated results are compared with experimental observations.
