Compact 20-kiloampere pulse-forming-network capacitor bankBank uses commercially available high-energy-density capacitors for energy storage and silicon-controlled rectifiers for switching. Low voltage design employing solid-state switching is utilized in lieu of conventional gas discharge switching.
