Preparing thermoplastic aromatic polyimidesMethod prepares aromatic polyimides with significantly reduced glass-transition temperatures and without accompanying loss of high-level thermo-oxidative stability which has been typical. This has been made possible by use of diamine monomers with specific stereoisomeric features.
