Analysis procedure for television observations and simultaneous observationsThe procedures used in the analysis of television and simultaneous observations are described. Starting with the right ascension and declination of the meteor, the celestrial triangle formed by Sidell and the meteor is solved, and the epochs of the beginning and end of the meteor observation as recorded on the video tape are determined.
