Heat pipe system for Space Shuttle TWTA.Description of the design of a heat pipe system built to dissipate and reject the waste heat from the Space Shuttle communications implementing traveling-wave tube amplifier (TWTA). The heat pipe system proved itself as an effective tool for TWTA thermal control.
