Side wire feed for welding apparatusCoaxial electrode arrangement has solid central electrode, insulated outer electrode, and transverse channel for feeding wire through tip of electrode assembly. Polymeric insulation is thrust aside by pressure, which is provided by separately operated mechanism acting through central electrode.
